Lil' Ms. Sew & Sew uses online forms for visitors to place orders, request information, and sign up for newsletters and various services. The information Lil' Ms. Sew & Sew collects are e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, phone and credit card account numbers. All this information is needed to ensure a smooth transaction (including order confirmation, order questions and discrepancies, order delivery, and e-newsletters). Credit card numbers are not kept in files on our computers, nor are they kept for extended periods of time as a hard copy in our store files. All sensitive information is shredded. Customers' general information (such as addresses, e-mail and physical) are not kept on file unless specifically requested by the customer for reasons such as newsletters and special announcements. This means that the customer will need to re-enter credit card and address information every time she/he shops on our web site.
